The general manager oversees daily studio operations, team performance, membership and retail sales, staffing, and guest experience. The role recruits, onboards, coaches, and retains team members; manages schedules, payroll and timekeeping, inventory, and operational controls; and partners on local marketing and community relationships. Wednesday–Sunday availability is required.
