What you'll do

• Define service-line offerings and ensure subject-matter coverage
• own go-to-market strategy and positioning
• manage annual P&L, growth targets, margin, and EBITDA
• plan strategic account expansion
• manage Delivery Directors
• lead technical project work and day-to-day project activities
• ensure delivery methodologies and projects meet policies and objectives
• support lead generation, scope and contract estimates, sales relationships, and marketing
• supervise and develop direct reports
• travel regularly to client sites.
