What you'll do

• Advise regional engineering and functional leaders on people strategies
• coach leaders on performance, accountability, team effectiveness, communication, and employee matters
• lead talent reviews, succession and development planning, and retention strategies
• lead the Vandalia student program
• handle employee relations matters and investigations
• drive performance management
• partner on recruiting and onboarding
• use employee feedback and workforce indicators to recommend actions
• improve HR processes and records
• interpret salaried HR policies and monitor employment law
• represent HR in meetings and initiatives
• support site safety and security processes.
