PIR Case Aide

Job overview

The PIR Case Aide role is onsite in Austin, TX, based fully in the office three days per week, with local travel as needed. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. World Relief is a Christian humanitarian organization providing refugee and immigrant services and advocacy. The aide supports the PIR team and newly arriving clients with practical settlement needs, including apartment setup, transportation, community-resource navigation, and administrative follow-up.

What you'll do

• Prepare apartments and basic household items for newly arriving clients
• provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community resources
• assist with move-ins
• pick up and deliver furniture and supplies
• support client appointments
• help clients navigate local resources
• organize documents, prepare supplies, update records, and communicate client needs and follow-up tasks to PIR staff.
