Landscaping and Maintenance Worker

Job overview

The Landscaping and Maintenance Worker role is onsite in West Chester, Ohio. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour. The role maintains and enhances the grounds and community properties operated by Cal-Am Properties.

What you'll do

• Maintain lawns, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds
• mow and edge lawns
• mulch, weed, prune, water, and plant
• apply fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides
• maintain grounds equipment and perform preventive maintenance as needed
• prepare vacant lots for market readiness
• assist with community maintenance, common-area cleanup, resident functions, and special projects
• report unsafe conditions and maintenance concerns.
