What you'll do

• Lead, delegate tasks to, and support CNC machinists
• train and coach new hires
• set up and operate CNC mills
• inspect products and direct machine setup and adjustments
• troubleshoot programming and machine-operation issues
• promote safe work practices
• monitor labor entries
• interpret blueprints and work orders
• organize materials for upcoming orders
• recommend efficiency improvements while maintaining quality
• share machining expertise and coordinate with other teams.

Why this role
