The Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative position is onsite in Myrtle Beach, SC. Pay is $22 per hour. Allegiance Insurance Brokers provides responsive insurance service and solutions for clients’ individual and business needs. The role supports commercial insurance accounts by responding to client requests, servicing policies, preparing documentation, and coordinating with carriers and internal colleagues. Accurate records and timely, professional communication help ensure client requests and policy tasks are handled effectively.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with policy questions, changes, and service needs
• prepare and process Certificates of Insurance
• work with ACORD forms and insurance documentation
• review and service commercial policies
• maintain client and policy records
• communicate with clients, carriers, and internal team members
• prioritize requests
• provide responsive customer service.
