What you'll do

• Greet guests
• manage check-in and check-out
• handle calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• provide information about amenities and local attractions
• process reservations, cancellations, and modifications
• address guest concerns
• maintain guest and transaction records
• handle cash and card transactions
• prepare daily reports and shift summaries
• coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
