Preconstruction Manager

McShane Construction is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager for primarily multifamily projects. The Preconstruction Manager is responsible for preliminary budgeting, schedules, bidding process, procurement, prequalification of subcontractors, detailed take-off and estimating, definition of bid packages, value engineering, and assisting in project buy-out. Establishes and maintains a str
