Financial Center Manager

Through coaching, performance management, business development, and compliance oversight, the role supports member financial well-being and the center’s growth and service goals.

What you'll do

• Lead member and employee experience activities
• develop community and internal partner relationships
• guide needs-based member solutions and growth in memberships, loans, and deposits. Monitor center and employee performance, coach and develop staff, support referrals and cross-selling, and manage staffing. Maintain operational and regulatory compliance, participate in audits, and address complex member or operational escalations.

Why this role
