Organizational Change Management Manager

The Organizational Change Management Manager role is onsite in Waller, TX; compensation is not specified. Daikin Comfort Technologies North America is undertaking companywide transformation projects, including Salesforce CRM and SAP ERP implementations. The manager develops and executes change strategies, engages stakeholders, tracks adoption, and coordinates with program teams to support successful implementation of new initiatives, systems, and processes. The role also evaluates change progress and identifies improvements to support organizational adoption.

What you'll do

• Support development and execution of change management strategies and project plans
• identify and engage stakeholders
• develop communications and feedback sessions
• track milestones and feedback
• assess change impacts and develop mitigation strategies
• coordinate with project managers, product owners, and CRM analysts
• evaluate initiatives and track the ADKAR journey
• implement policies and processes to drive results.
