The Registered Nurse (RN) role is onsite in North Easton, MA, with compensation of $42–$47 per hour, including shift differentials. The position provides direct nursing care to residents at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center. The nurse assesses resident needs, delivers and documents care, administers medications, and responds to changes or emergencies. The role also supervises nursing assistants' day-to-day activities to help maintain quality care.

What you'll do

• Provide nursing and rehabilitation care to residents
• maintain resident care plans
• deliver or assist with treatments, dressings, and physician orders
• transcribe orders
• review records and document nursing notes
• visit residents daily and report significant findings
• administer and safely control medications
• initiate emergency procedures
• supervise nursing assistants and protect resident health information.

Why this role

Full-time and part-time hours are available on 11 p.m.–7 a.m., including an every-other-weekend rotation. New graduates are welcome; an active state RN license and CPR certification are required.
