The Assistant Property Manager II – Solene role is onsite at the Solene community in St. Louis Park, MN, and pays $25–$30 per hour. Working with the Property Manager, the assistant manages assigned leasing, resident relations, compliance, reporting, renewals, vendor coordination, and administrative functions. The role helps maintain occupancy, resident retention, regulatory compliance, and sound property operations.

What you'll do

• Conduct prospect follow-up, tours, applicant screening, application review, and lease preparation
• monitor market and comparable-property trends
• maintain resident, leasing, compliance, and operational records
• track deadlines and recertifications
• support occupancy, collections, retention, and compliance goals
• respond to resident concerns and escalate complex matters
• assist with budget variances, expenses, collections, and invoices
• manage assigned renewals
• coordinate vendor communications, service requests, and scheduling.
