Direct Support Professional (DSP)

The Direct Support Professional position is onsite in Brodheadsville, PA, and is part-time at 26 hours per week. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Fitzmaurice Community Services supports adults with behavioral health and intellectual disabilities in community residential settings. The DSP provides individualized support and personal care while helping clients build daily living and behavior management skills, participate in structured activities, and engage with community resources. The role also supports medication routines, health and safety, documentation, and individualized program planning.

What you'll do

• Provide individual support and personal care

• complete time and attendance records, daily logs, progress notes, and monthly reports
