The Senior Director oversees capital planning, physical-plant risk, major projects, and facilities leadership development to align facility investments with organizational strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead enterprise Buildings & Grounds function
• direct and develop regional facilities leaders
• oversee annual and long-range capital planning
• manage major construction and renovation projects
• establish maintenance-management systems
• monitor facility performance and systemic risks
• develop emergency preparedness frameworks
• partner with Finance and Operations to resolve complex facilities issues.
