What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other foods using kitchen equipment
• lead food-production tasks such as cutting ingredients and preparing items in ovens and toasters
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• maintain safe food storage and handling
• assist with receiving and deliveries
• maintain back-of-house sanitation, temperature logs, cleaning checklists, prep areas, dishes, counters, floors, and equipment. May occasionally serve alcohol or assist with point-of-sale and front-of-house operations.

Why this role
