What you'll do

• Manage assigned purchase orders under close supervision from requisition through closeout
• solicit and evaluate supplier quotes
• support competitive sourcing
• document price reasonableness
• expedite orders and resolve routine discrepancies
• maintain ERP records
• ensure purchase orders include quality clauses and export-control and contractual requirements
• assist with supplier onboarding and vendor-list maintenance
• identify and escalate supply risks
• coordinate with engineering, quality, finance, and program management.

Why this role

Entry-level role requiring a bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field and zero to three years of purchasing, procurement, or supply-chain experience, or an equivalent combination. US citizenship or permanent residency and a government background investigation are required. Evening and weekend work may be needed for critical milestones.
