Teacher Assistant – Toddler Classroom

The Teacher Assistant works onsite at Shepherd’s Flock Preschool in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Compensation is $18.00–$18.50 per hour. The role supports the preschool’s toddler classroom for children ages 18 months to 2.5 years. Working alongside the Lead Teacher, the assistant helps deliver daily activities and routines, supervises toddlers, and contributes to a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children’s care and development.
