• Direct daily construction activities

• review plans for constructability and cost-saving opportunities
• oversee material procurement and change orders
• protect budgets and minimize rework
• enforce quality standards
• manage municipal inspections and certificate of occupancy process
• lead unit turnover and punch lists
• maintain daily logs and progress photos
• enforce OSHA safety compliance and maintain a secure, organized site.
