The Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Program Supervisor role is hybrid, with in-home client hours and some remote work, in San Rafael, CA. The stated pay range is $28–$32 per hour. Burnett Therapeutic Services provides behavioral and mental health services to children and families in the community. Working under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other clinical supervisor, this role develops and oversees individualized ABA services, supports Behavior Technicians, and helps children and adolescents work toward treatment goals.

What you'll do

• Design and implement individualized ABA programs with families and interdisciplinary professionals
• deliver individual and group learning experiences
• train and guide Behavior Interventionists
• conduct assessments and establish target behaviors and treatment goals with clinical guidance
• develop behavioral intervention plans
• teach caregivers and support staff intervention strategies
• analyze progress data and prepare written reports
• coordinate with families
• manage session schedules
• and meet with families in their homes to review progress.
