What you'll do

• Lead quality improvement, compliance, and performance management initiatives
• monitor clinical, operational, safety, and satisfaction outcomes
• oversee CARF accreditation readiness and regulatory compliance
• develop improvement and corrective-action plans
• analyze trends and advise executive leadership
• support incident investigations, root-cause analyses, and reporting
• collaborate with clinical and operational teams
• deliver related training
• assist with policies, audits, site reviews, benchmarks, and reporting
• support EMR optimization, data integrity, and clinical informatics.
