What you'll do

• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences
• enforce standard operating procedures and lead training
• conduct shift handoffs
• approve safe work permits
• monitor production, equipment, and automated systems
• oversee material movement, inventory, and blend preparation
• review production data and metrics
• investigate safety incidents
• address production and personnel issues
• coach and develop operators
• and support customer complaint investigations and root-cause analysis.
