Executive Program Manager

• Maintain cost, schedule, and technical performance accountability
• manage program budgets and earned value metrics
• direct subcontractor work allocations
• serve as the corporate point of contact for Navy contracting officials
• guide engineering and logistics teams
• identify and mitigate operational, financial, and technical risks.
