Entry-Level Field Service Technician

What you'll do

• Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance, and basic repair of electrical systems and equipment, including transformers, circuit breakers, and low- and medium-voltage switchgear
• perform basic diagnostics
• support service calls under experienced technicians
• assist with customer support and equipment training
• record service activities, time, and inventory
• help resolve minor issues remotely with guidance
• follow safety protocols and assist with safety audits as needed.
