The lead will provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to the design team while ensuring compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and manufacturing best practices.

What you'll do

• Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of the engineering team
• provides coaching and development
• develops design scope and timelines
• supports design of electrical components and sub-systems
• performs complex design calculations
• produces documentation including schematics and prints
• interacts with manufacturing and purchasing
• supports prototype and pilot builds
• works with suppliers
• supports service and aftermarket teams.
