Learning and Development Specialist

What you'll do

• Facilitate onboarding, training, and development programs for new and existing employees
• develop and update training materials, job aids, and educational resources
• help identify learning and development needs
• coordinate learning activities and select training methods
• administer learning management systems and maintain learner records, assignments, and content
• evaluate training effectiveness and knowledge transfer
• integrate changes in legal and regulatory requirements into current practices
• participate in required meetings and training.
