The position supports Millcraft’s sales organization and is designed to develop future sales leadership for its paper, packaging, and graphic arts business. The role combines account ownership and business development with hands-on learning alongside sales leaders across multiple regions. Through customer work, coaching exposure, cross-functional collaboration, and sales planning, the assistant manager builds the skills and business understanding needed to grow into a future sales manager role.

What you'll do

• Work alongside sales managers and leadership teams across regions
• travel throughout the Millcraft footprint for ride-alongs, customer visits, and regional activities
• build customer relationships
• support coaching and development of account managers
• manage and grow assigned accounts
• prospect and develop new business
• recommend products and solutions
• collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, Credit, Customer Support, and Segment Specialists
• support pipeline management, forecasting, CRM use, and sales activity tracking.
