Assistant Gym Director

The Assistant Gym Director role is onsite in Summerville, SC, for approximately 15–20 hours per week; compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The Little Gym provides children’s classes and a member experience based on its curriculum and teaching method. The assistant director supports gym operations, teaches classes, and helps build and retain membership. The role also supports team training and development alongside the Gym Director.

• Teach classes using the gym’s curriculum and teaching method
• provide customer and membership service
• assist with training and evaluating team members
• collaborate with the Gym Director on team development
• assist with day-to-day operations.
