What you'll do

• Greet prospective and current residents
• conduct apartment and community tours
• respond to inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person
• follow up with prospects
• explain availability, pricing, amenities, and features
• prepare leasing documents
• collect deposits and fees
• maintain prospect and resident records in OneSite
• assist residents and support occupancy and retention goals.
