Pediatric Home Service provides care for medically complex children at home, school, and in their communities. Nurses provide one-to-one care for children and young adults with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes. They monitor patient conditions, administer prescribed care, document services, and educate families, helping children receive skilled care in familiar settings.

What you'll do

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• assess and monitor patients and communicate changes
• administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• document care

• follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe environment.
