What you'll do

• Represent the property at client presentations, trade shows, and community events
• conduct local outreach, sales calls, client visits, and networking
• analyze market trends and account production
• develop sales plans across corporate, group, and leisure segments
• collaborate on rate strategies
• prospect new business
• negotiate and manage local corporate and project contracts
• coordinate pricing and account production with the General Manager and revenue team
• track sales activity, pipelines, and performance metrics.
