What you'll do

• Coordinate driver qualification documentation and pre-employment records
• review files for completeness
• request prior-employer safety and employment information
• gather and verify licenses, medical certifications, driving and employment histories
• communicate with candidates, recruiters, vendors, clinics, and hiring locations
• maintain candidate statuses and records
• prepare files for review or audit
• monitor workflows and escalate delays or issues.
