The Warehouse Lead – Night Shift role is onsite in Michigan City, IN, with a stated schedule of Monday through Friday, 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. CST. Compensation is $19.50–$20.50 per hour. The role supports Starin Marketing’s Operations/Warehouse department. The lead coordinates night-shift warehouse work and provides hands-on support to keep orders, shipments, and inventory accurate, safe, and on schedule. The position also coaches employees, communicates shift priorities, and prepares the warehouse for the next business day.

What you'll do

• Lead and support warehouse employees
• assign and prioritize work
• monitor order and shipment completion
• assist with picking, packing, receiving, loading, unloading, and inventory
• coach employees
• communicate operational updates
• reinforce safety procedures
• investigate inventory discrepancies
• complete shift handoffs and secure the warehouse.
