• Lead installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems
• diagnose electrical issues in CNC machines and robotics
• interpret electrical schematics
• ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and OSHA standards
• support preventive maintenance
• mentor electricians
• manage outside contractors
• maintain repair documentation.
