The role also supports client relationships, business development, strategic growth, and mentoring within the employee-owned firm.

What you'll do

• Lead transportation design projects from pursuit through delivery
• manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and project performance
• serve as a primary contact for UDOT and municipal clients
• coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• provide technical oversight for roadway and related transportation design
• ensure agency standards and project requirements are met
• support client relationships, proposals, business development, strategic growth, and staff mentoring.
