Inventory Control Team Lead — First Shift and Weekend Openings

The Inventory Control Team Lead role is onsite in Mosinee, WI. Compensation is $24–$30 per hour. The lead reports to the Materials Supervisor and supports AROW Global’s production operations. The role oversees inventory-control workflow and staffing, trains team members, and helps maintain safe, clean, and accurate operations. It coordinates with production and materials teams to meet daily targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.

What you'll do

• Oversee inventory-control workflow and schedules
• instruct and monitor safe work practices and documentation
• guide production staff toward daily targets and delivery requirements
• coordinate staffing with the Materials Supervisor
• report deviations and concerns
• resolve production and quality problems with relevant departments
• facilitate shift-start meetings
• perform quality checks
• maintain material and consumable levels
• train production staff
• participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
