Job overview

The People Business Partner role is hybrid in Golden, CO, with three days per week in the office and standard hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. The annual salary range is $90,000–$100,000. Kinective provides technology that connects tools and data for banks and credit unions. As part of the Talent Team, this role aligns talent strategies with business objectives and supports organizational performance and growth through workforce planning, employee development, performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.

What you'll do

• Partner with senior leaders on talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies
• assess workforce needs and skill gaps
• advise on organizational structure
• work with HR and department leaders on training, leadership development, and succession planning
• advise leaders on performance goals and reviews
• recommend engagement and retention initiatives
• coach managers
• support culture and change-management initiatives and diversity and inclusion
• use HR metrics and talent analytics
• collaborate with HR, finance, and operations.
