The Cook role is a full-time onsite position located in Washington, DC, with compensation of $19.00 per hour. This role supports the Bluestone Lane kitchen team in preparing and assembling food products. The role exists to ensure the preparation and execution of high-quality food products within a 10-minute ticket time. The cook is responsible for following recipes, maintaining sanitation standards, and working cohesively with the front-of-house team.

What you'll do

• Contributes positively to the team environment
• Understands and consistently complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen processes and procedures
• Prepares, cooks and assembles all food correctly
• Work closely with front of house teammates
• Preps ingredients accordingly
• Receives and unpacks all kitchen & food deliveries.
