What you'll do

• Guide guests through wine, sake, and beverage selections
• maintain knowledge of wine pairings, cellar organization, and wine service
• support cocktail, spirits, beer, and non-alcoholic beverage programs
• curate wine and sake programs
• manage inventory and beverage cost controls
• maintain product records
• build vendor relationships
• train junior sommeliers and service staff
• follow service and sanitation standards.
