The Field Organizer, Alaska role is based in Anchorage, Alaska, from on or about October 12 through Election Day, November 3, 2026, and requires travel and temporary full-time field work. The role helps carry out organizing strategy and canvassing plans, reports progress, and may canvass alongside the team for approximately 4–6 hours a day depending on the day.

What you'll do

• Help develop and carry out organizing strategy and daily canvassing plans
• recruit, train, and support canvassers
• assist with onboarding, paperwork, I-9 verification, and program training
• coordinate turf assignments and field logistics with the Field Director
• maintain accurate program data
• report quantitative and qualitative progress
• canvass alongside the team as needed for approximately 4–6 hours a day
• identify outreach hotspots and gather success stories
• follow applicable state and local rules.
