What you'll do

• Oversee opening and closing, sales floor operations, donation intake, pricing, merchandising, cleanliness, organization, and safety
• monitor sales and inventory metrics
• supervise, coach, and schedule staff
• coordinate volunteers
• manage donation processing and records
• assist with budgeting and financial reporting
• support community outreach and partnerships.
