Life Enrichment Coordinator

The Life Enrichment Coordinator role is onsite in Portland, OR, and is full-time, Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. Pay is $23–$25 per hour. The role supports residents of Macdonald Residence, a Maybelle Center program focused on reducing social isolation and supporting connected, independent lives. The coordinator creates and delivers resident-centered activities that support social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. The role also provides individualized assistance and helps maintain continuity of resident support through assessments, documentation, and collaboration with care and service teams.

What you'll do

• Plan and lead activities, outings, and events
• create monthly calendars and newsletters
• conduct resident assessments and update activity plans
• encourage participation and provide individual engagement
• document participation and resident information
• assist with personal care, apartment organization, behavioral support, and appointment escorts
• track spending and follow emergency procedures.
