Clinical Research Coordinator

The Clinical Research Coordinator role is an onsite position in Las Vegas, NV, in an office, laboratory, and/or clinical environment. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator reports to the Clinical Operations Manager at Pinnacle Clinical Research and supports assigned clinical trials. The role manages day-to-day study operations while following protocols and regulatory requirements. It recruits and engages participants, completes study activities and documentation, and coordinates with sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to support compliant research and participant care.

What you'll do

• Follow study protocols, standard operating procedures, and investigator direction
• protect participant privacy and confidential data
• conduct study-directed assessments, which may include informed consent, medical history, adverse events, Fibroscan, memory screening, scheduling, treatment coordination, and vital signs
• complete documentation and data management
• liaise with sponsors and vendors
• manage participant engagement from recruitment through study completion as applicable
• track enrollment and study status
• maintain study documents and reports
• report safety information
• perform source-document quality checks
• assist with CAPA as needed.

Why this role

High school diploma or GED required; one year as a Clinical Research Assistant or Coordinator and 1–2 years of clinical research experience; GCP training required before participant interaction; BLS training provided during onboarding; occasional travel may be required.
