What you'll do

• Process accounts payable transactions and enter invoices
• maintain vendor records
• research invoice and payment discrepancies
• communicate with vendors
• obtain invoice approvals with other departments
• assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and general ledger support
• maintain accounting documentation
• assist with daily audits
• follow accounting policies and internal controls.
