What you'll do

• Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
• perform quantity takeoffs
• prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates
• manage bid processes and subcontractor proposals
• coordinate pre-bid walkthroughs and RFIs
• prepare bid tabs and proposal packages
• provide value engineering and constructability input
• prepare budgets and track pricing.
