What you'll do

• Open files upon receipt of contracts
• review contract stipulations
• request title work and review title abstracts
• prepare preliminary title documents and lender title commitments
• prepare attorney closing packages
• fund and disburse loans
• order mortgage payoffs, hazard insurance declaration pages, and termite reports
• audit files for lien satisfactions
• issue final title policies
• report pipeline status to senior management.
