The Water Utility Excavation Foreman works onsite in Littleton, CO. Starting pay is $35–$45 per hour, depending on experience. The foreman leads a four-person repair crew and executes water and sewer utility repair projects. The role coordinates field work, equipment, safety, customer and agency interactions, and daily documentation to deliver reliable infrastructure repairs.

What you'll do

• Manage a four-person repair crew
• operate backhoe and excavator
• perform excavation around existing utilities
• carry out water main, gate valve, fire hydrant, water tap, and sewer point repairs
• interact with customers and district and city representatives
• maintain a safe jobsite
• complete daily paperwork
• be available for a required one-week-per-month on-call rotation.

Why this role

Requires a valid driver’s license and a CDL A or willingness to obtain one. The posting offers a $4,000 sign-on bonus for new hires with a valid CDL license; reduced bonuses may be available without a current CDL. Travel per diem and covered individual hotel rooms are offered while traveling.
