Senior Test Engineer — Radio Frequency Focus

The Senior Test Engineer — Radio Frequency Focus role is onsite in Longmont, CO. Pay is $130,000–$170,000 per year. Vitesse Systems provides engineered antenna, thermal management, and mission-critical solutions for radar, electronic warfare, and C5ISR applications. The engineer develops and coordinates test plans and procedures, supports test setup and execution, analyzes results against customer specifications, and provides troubleshooting and training to technicians. This work helps verify product performance and support customer and production requirements.

What you'll do

• Plan, perform, and ensure quality of RF bench, near-field and far-field radiation pattern, passive intermodulation, high RF power, thermal vacuum, and other tests
• develop test requirements and verification methods with engineering teams
• identify test methods and fixturing
• review test plans, procedures, and reports
• debug test issues and review data
• generate test readiness review packages
• process data and control RF test equipment
• support design reviews, production, technicians, and lower-level test engineers.
