What you'll do

• Lead and assist with DHS survey readiness
• audit records for compliance and manage plans of correction
• monitor facility outcomes and implement evidence-based care practices
• train and mentor Facility Administrators and Care Coordinators
• liaise between business operations and facility staff on clinical, financial, and staffing models
• recommend quality improvements
• serve as interim Facility Administrator or Care Coordinator during vacancies.
