What you'll do

• Remove trash and debris
• work with paint and drywall
• clean floors and common areas using manual and powered equipment
• keep storage areas and carts stocked and organized
• complete forms and work orders
• inspect common areas and paint as needed
• maintain equipment
• clean outdoor walls and property areas
• report lights, leaks, and broken equipment
• help maintain pool deck and beach area
• follow equipment safety procedures.
